The hotel's restaurant

For over twenty years we have been taking care of the cooking in our restaurant. We combine a careful choice of natural ingredients, like our family’s homemade olive oil, with traditional methods, experience and pay special attention in our cooking to make the food both light and rich in flavour.

Wine and excellent cuisine

- In our wine cellar, which includes both Italian and foreign labels alongside a particularly fine selection of local Bolgheri wines, you will have the pleasure of finding the right bottle to complement our dishes. -For breakfast you will be greeted by a rich buffet of our own homemade cakes, as well as a selection of cold meats, cheeses and other treats... -Every day, split between lunch and dinner, there is a choice of four three-course-meal menus including fish and meat dishes. -We haven’t forgotten about our younger guests for whom, having spoken to their parents every morning, we will happily prepare customised meals tailored to their needs.
